HOW MUCH HAPPIER COULD YOU BE WITH A LITTLE MORE GRATITUDE EACH DAY?
If you’re interested in cultivating a more positive attitude and increasing your overall happiness, join me for my free 21-Day Fall Gratitude Challenge that begins November 1st! Gratitude is such an integral part of my own life (and I’d love to support you in making this transformative, powerful practice a part of your life, too.
The research is clear that grateful people and those who practice gratitude on a regular basis experience amazing benefits: reduced stress, greater happiness, increased optimism, just to name a few. Seriously, if I could distill all the benefits of gratitude and sell them in a capsule form I would be a billionaire!
I’ll be offering some simple, easy ways you can infuse more gratitude into your days. By the end of the three weeks participants consistently tell me they notice a profound shift in their mood and their outlook on life!
Each day you’ll receive a little gratitude “love note” from me in your email inbox.
The emails will include:
A short reflection or inspiring quote/poem
An invitation to do a short activity that day that will help you be more mindful and grateful
Want to take the Challenge to the next level? I’ll also be creating a private Facebook group and would love to have you join us there (totally optional!) I’ll offer Facebook Live teachings once a week and you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with others participants. Again, totally optional to join the Facebook Group… you’ll get a ton out of the Challenge whether you join us there or not.
WONDERING IF YOU COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS CHALLENGE?
If any of the following describes you, I guarantee you’ll get something out of it…
You’d like to be more mindful of what’s going right in your world and cultivate greater optimism and positivity in your life.
You have, or have had, a gratitude practice and want to keep strengthening your “gratitude muscle.”
You’re in the midst of a big life transition and life feels a little overwhelming right now… cultivating more thankfulness sounds like a nice way to balance out the overwhelm.
You’ve been feeling a little “glass half empty” lately and would like to shift that to feeling more “glass half full.
You’re feeling content or really happy with your life but appreciate the value of bringing more gratitude in!
