You doubt yourself a lot of the time. You’re hard on yourself. Despite your outer world successes and the positive reflections you get from others, deep down you feel like an “imposter” much of the time. You motivate yourself with criticism, but know there has to be a better way to get things done. And there is! As we bring mindful awareness to your old, self-limiting patterns they can begin to shift. Over the course of our eight sessions, you will learn a new set of skills, including:

  • How to make and keep realistic commitments to yourself, ones you can follow through on and feel good about

  • How to meet yourself with more kindness and self-compassion and let these be the forces that motivate you

  • How to embrace the gifts and talents that only you possess. For instance, there might be millions of writers in the world but there is only once voice that belongs to you. You’ll get clear on what you want your unique contribution to the world to be.
