Every coaching partnership is unique and individualized.

Depending on your goals, a coaching session might include a conversation about how to navigate a major life transition with more ease, a conversation about stress management and mindfulness, action-planning to help you begin a new project or make a career transition, all of the above, or… perhaps, something different.

I often lead my clients through guided meditations that are specific to the issues they’re working on… things like cultivating greater self-compassion, relaxation and stress management, or getting clarity on a big decision they need to make.

Ultimately, our shared goal is to help you build a bridge from the life you currently have… into the life you truly desire. I have helped many on this path and would love to help you.

Schedule and Pacing

My coaching sessions typically last 50-60 minutes and take place on the phone, or in a video-conferencing space like Skype or Zoom. This allows me to work with clients anywhere, regardless of our geographical distance.

Most clients work with me for 6 months to a year, and my coaching packages begin with eight sessions. You can read more about them here or, if there’s a specific project or goal you want help with, we can create a custom package to support your needs.

I’m happy to offer single “tune-up” coaching sessions with clients who have gone through one of my coaching packages.



I charge $1600 per coaching package which includes: eight one-hour sessions (to be used within a six-month period) and brief email/phone/texting support as needed inbetween our sessions.

I accept payments through Wave, a secure online payment system. I accept all debit/credit cards. If you prefer to pay via check, that’s no problem.

I also offer payment plans.
